DESIGNER
FOR YOUTH CIRCUS
This is a new role
in our team and we hope the post holder will play an important role
in developing the aesthetic of our performance work. We envisage the
role working in three ways:-
· Running
sessions where young people (aged 8 – 18) work as the designers
· Supporting
design students/ older young people (18 – 25) as a mentor
· Designing
and creating costumes and props themselves.
All three models
will involve consultation with young people.
