Acro 6 - Circus Fitness Course
6 weeks of lunchtime fitness
Acro 6 is a high intensity interval training programme over six lunchtime sessions. It is based on fundamental acrobatic movement principals, with a circus twist, and each class is different to allow progress.
The type of training on offer in these classes has only been previously available to professional performers. The functional bodyweight exercises with an acrobatic focus are structured to form a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout.
Acro 6 is based in a unique environment at one of the world’s leading circus training facilities. The fully sprung floor in the studio enhances your movement and places are limited to ensure that the training can be individually tailored.

Mondays, 1 - 1.45pm: starts 5 June
Tuesdays, 1 - 1.45pm: starts 6 June
Thursdays, 1 - 1.45pm: starts 8 June

Who's it for
The course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those with advanced circus skills. It is accessible to any fitness level.
The programme allocates time for technique development and correction. It could be used to support and prepare you for further training in circus arts.
Short intense exercise bursts. Studies have shown that it's a brilliant system for improving overall health and fitness. Alongside explosive anaerobic fitness gains, HIIT also improves cardiovascular fitness.
