(Same one as we currently have on website but needs to be updated) What to wear Tracksuit bottoms / leotard, clean pair of trainers that can be worn inside and a T-shirt. Please note that jeans, combat trousers, baggy clothing, shorts and trousers with pockets on the side of the leg are not suitable for those activities. All jewellery will also need to be removed before undertaking these activities. Health & Safety All students must be completely injury free prior to enrolling on any of our classes / courses. If in doubt consult your GP or Physiotherapist. All of the classes and courses that we run are open to people of all abilities and are delivered in a carefully controlled and safe environment. All of the skills that we teach have been assessed for any risks and subsequently certain control measures are in place to ensure your safety. However, certain activities are high impact and from time to time can result in small accidents, for example if you’ve previously suffered from twisted or sprained ankles then we highly recommend that you wear ankle supports when doing acrobatics. The number one rule when participating in circus skill activities is to listen and act on your teacher’s recommendations and instructions. If you do this then you will have a great time learning what is the most exciting performing art. Any supporting documentation must be presented as a original and be up to date covering the entire period of the course being booked. Payment methods All courses and classes can be paid for by using credit or debit cards, cash or by cheque. > All non-concession / scholarship students must pay in full at the time of booking. > Concession students can pay for courses in two instalments, with full payment paid at minimum one week prior to the course start date. > Failure to pay in full one-week prior to the course start date will result in the loss of the reserved course space and deposit. > Anyone booking a course within 1-week of the start date will be required to pay for the new course in full. > If current students are struggling to pay for their next course, alternative payment arrangements may be possible, which needs to be discussed at least 2-weeks in advance of the next course starting by contacting the Adult Programme Co-ordinator or Manager.
